The Nevada Secretary of State recently changed its procedures for forwarding annual reports and will no longer issue paper reports.
Instead, CSC will notify corporate clients of the due date for their companies’ annual reports by mail and/or e-mail. Clients can file their annual reports online, by mail, or through our Annual Report Preparation and Filing Service.
How will the change in Nevada annual report procedures affect you and your clients?
The State of Nevada requires all corporate entities to file annual lists with the Secretary of State on or before the last day of their anniversary month (the month in which the company formed). Filing fees vary depending upon a company’s current total authorized stock.
To retrieve the exact amount owed for a particular organization, access the Secretary of State’s Web site, search by the company name, and select “Calculate List Fees.” You can also use this chart as a guide:
