GUAM CHANGES THEIR CORPORATE & LLC REQUIREMENTS

We’ve placed a link for you to pull the Guam annual report forms Corporate Annual Report Form and LLC Annual Report Form. Guam will NO LONGER send you a copy by postal mail.
guam.jpgThe Territory of Guam Government requires all domestic and foreign Corporations and Limited Liability Companies file an annual report between July 1 and September 1. You need to file this at the Department of Revenue and Taxation Corporations Division along with the $100 (U.S) annual fee. The government does not send preprinted or blank forms to the corporation’s registered agent in Guam. The statute does provide for a late filing penalty of $50.00. The failure to comply within sixty (60) days after the due date may subject the corporation to administrative dissolution or cancellation.

Our CSC international team can assist you with the annual report filing, along with obtaining a date-stamped copy for your records. We charge $90.00 for the service and a correspondent service fee of $100.00.
We recommend that your corporation maintains a file-stamped annual report as evidence to prove the corporation is in compliance. We can also assist in obtaining a certificate of good standing for a future transactions. From experience, we have witnessed applications for a certificate of withdrawal submitted to the government’s with no records of past annual report payment. We highly suggest that you maintain proof that the annual reports you’ve filed are documented and certified to prevent any misinterpretation of proof of filing.
